Need to called and asked for tooth brush n toothpaste. Bathroom door unable to locked. We took the package with dinner and breakfast. For dinner water are not provided even plain water. The food are very limited and not like international standard. Service staff are not friendly and helpful. We didn’t feel welcome. The facilities should upgrade and make a better walking path to the cable car. While booking it is written that parking is available but when reached there been told that parking are full and need to park at roadside. We have been travelled a lots but for the service and the charge this hotel is overpriced. Not like 4 star hotel at all.
